Paper Prints Policy

Nova Integrata: Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (NIJMS) is primarily an online, open-access journal, ensuring that all published content is freely available to readers worldwide in digital format. However, we recognize that some authors, institutions, or libraries may require printed copies for archival, academic, or personal purposes.

1.     Availability of Printed Copies

o   NIJMS does not automatically provide printed copies of published articles.

o   Printed copies may be made available on demand for authors, institutions, or other interested parties.

2.     Request Procedure

o   Authors or institutions wishing to obtain printed copies must submit a request to the editorial office via email after the article is published.

o   The request should include the article title, author names, volume/issue number, and the number of copies required.

3.     Printing and Shipping Charges

o   Printing is handled by the journal’s designated printing service or a trusted third-party provider.

o   All printing and shipping costs will be borne by the requesting party. Charges may vary based on location, number of copies, and delivery method.

4.     Quality and Format

o   Printed copies will be produced in high-quality paper with professional binding.

o   Each print will include the journal’s ISSN, (if assigned), and official pagination as in the online version.

5.     Archival Prints for Institutions

o   Upon request, NIJMS may arrange for bound volumes containing all articles from a particular issue or volume for libraries and archives.

The printed copy is a reproduction of the official online version. In case of any discrepancy, the online version is considered the version of record
